  • 100% Cold-Pressed, Organic Castor Oil. Encourages lymphatic drainage and detoxification of the digestive system. Relieves constipation. Promotes balance of reproductive hormones.
  • Apply castor oil liberally over the entire abdomen area. Place cotton flannel over the abdomen and cover with a hand towel.
  • Place a heat source (heating pad, hot water bottle, etc.) over the hand towel, and leave on for a minimum of 30-45 minutes for best results. Wear old clothes or pajamas, and place a bath towel under you as castor oil can stain.
  • When finished, wipe off any residue from the abdomen with a warm wet towel. Store cotton flannel in an airtight container or zip lock bag at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
  • Recommended use of castor oil pack for 3-4 nights in a row followed by 3 nights off.
