GlitterGlam Liquid Skin Sparkle is super durable glitter product for use on lips, above the eyes, or any other skin area. This water based non-alcohol formula is safe for use on all skin areas. Since it is a water based product, it does take a minute or two to dry, but once dry, it is very durable and very impacting. Each of the shades listed below has been formulated for maximum impact and shelf life. In the event that you have certain colors you wish to apply not available, use GlitterGlam Clear Mixing Base to mix with ANY cosmetic powdered glitter you may have in your makeup kit.
