About this item

  • PLATINUM: Instantly neutralizes brassy and yellow undertones in hair, boosting color with every wash. From blonde highlights to platinum blondes, Modern Color will keep your color fresh. Always strand test first on a pinch of hair. All Modern Color’s Platinum can be mixed and matched with all Modern Color shades to create cooler, ash, and pastel tones. Mix with Modern Color’s HONEY to create a buttery, champagne blonde.
  • ALL HAIR TYPES: Similar to a Purple Shampoo, Modern Color offers an easy, at-home application solution to liven up blonde hair, balayage and highlights in between salon visits while promoting more manageable, healthier hair with our patented Nourish Color Bond Technology and a blend of strengthening and shine-boosting natural ingredients. Unlike drugstore brands that damage and weaken hair, Modern Color easily brightens blonde while fortifying, repairing and revitalizing the hair’s overall health.
  • EASY TO USE, LOVED BY PROFESSIONALS: Always start with a strand test before a full application. Use on wet hair or dry hair. We recommend dry hair for maximum color deposit. Section hair and apply product generously and evenly. You can use a wide-tooth comb or dye-brush for a more even distribution. Leave on for 10–30 minutes, depending on the color saturation you desire. Rinse, dry and style as usual. For maximum intensity, do multiple applications until desired color is achieved.
  • RESULTS IN JUST ONE USE: After just one use, hair looks and feels healthier, smoother, and more manageable. This is thanks to our patented Nourish Color Bond Technology and a blend of hair strengthening and shine-boosting natural ingredients.
  • GRAY BLENDING: Modern Color was designed to boost color treated hair and repair damage, but it can help smooth gray and remove brassy, yellow tones in gray hair.
