In a non-metallic bowl mix the content of one sachet of Powder Bleach with the Peroxide Developer 2.Mixing from Ratio 1:1 to 1:3 depending on the bleaching techniques chosen (e.g. 0.52oz of powder + 1.52oz developer) 3.
