Details: MILANO CARE LUMINOSA BLEACH POWDER: Achieve professional looking highlights, balayage or painting with this fast acting, dust free blue bleach powder. Safe and easy to use at home, the high performance lightening powder is completely dust free to minimize exposure to airborne persulfates while mixing, and the maximum strength hair bleaching formula delivers beautiful results, fast. The super-compact bleaching powder has a non-volatile, blue base formula for up to 9 levels lift according to the mixing ratio (1:2 or 1:1) with a fast and smooth application process. After performing a strand test, mix the Luminosa hair bleach in a non-metallic container with Milano Cream Developer. Use 20, 30 or 40 volume depending on the degree of lightness desired. Stir until the blue bleach mixture becomes smooth, thick and creamy, and apply the drip-free lightening bleach to the hair evenly with a brush for a fast bleaching effect. Leave the bleach mixture on the hair and check development regularly until the desired level of lightening is achieved, then rinse and shampoo thoroughly. Luminosa Bleach Powder is enriched with moisturizing and conditioning Guar Gum, so along with consistent lightening results, hair looks glossy and radiant.
