Step 1: Create a Slip Knot Take one strand of tinsel and make a small loop. Pull the end of the tinsel through the loop completely to form a slip knot.

Step 2: Tie the Tinsel to Your Hair
For fine hair, select 3-4 strands of hair; for thicker hair, use 1-2 strands.
Slide the slip knot over the selected hair, positioning it close to the hair shaft.
Gently pull the tinsel and hair in opposite directions to tighten the knot at the base of the hair.
Drop the hair and pull the ends of the tinsel snugly in opposite directions until the knot is secure.
Tip: Hold the tinsel close to the knot to prevent stretching or breakage.
