The elongated shank is intended for compatible professional pedicure devices with vacuum extraction. The lightweight metal base uses drop-shaped openings to reduce weight and heat buildup, while the matte, slightly textured working surface helps hold disposable adhesive files securely. The M size is suited to medium working area for versatile professional foot treatment. Five disposable 180 grit files are included, and other compatible PODODISC grit refills can be used as needed. The reusable metal base is designed for professional disinfection and sterilization when manufacturer instructions are followed; the adhesive abrasive files are single-use. Install the disc in a compatible electric nail drill, attach a refill, process the foot surface, then remove and discard the file after the procedure.
